Cancellation Policy

Spa packages require a 24 hour cancellation notice or a 25% service fee may apply. Massage appointments require a 2 hour cancellation notice or a 25% service fee may apply. If you are late 15 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and or a service fee may be applied.

Refund Policy

Request for gift card refunds may be made within 30 days of purchase, with the return of the gift card. IHC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Return Checks

There is a $25.00 service charge on all return checks.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you let us know within 10 minutes of your services that you are not satisfied we will not charge you for the10 minutes and will reschedule you with the next avalible therapist. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
